CX1 Charge Controllers

The CX Series is a sophisticated range of low cost solar charge controllers with exceptional features. State of the art electronics produce accurate PWM regulation, and together with integrated temperature compensation the controllers provide extraordinary display, programming and safety functions. The battery state of charge (SOC) is clearly indicated with a bar chart display, so are energy flows to and from the battery and the load status such as "Overload", "Load Short Circuit", etc. Protection for "Deep Discharge" can be set in three different modes: Voltage controlled, SOC controlled, or adaptive (Fuzzy Logic). Also included are audible warnings as well as a programmable "Night Light" function.

The CX Series has "Excess Energy" management capability, which provides for maximum load utilisation. With loads such as Phocos Solar Refrigerators and Coolers SF32E / SF50E, specially designed to match CX controllers, it is possible to divert excess energy, which would otherwise be lost due to battery overcharge protection. The ultimate result is better utilization of the solar system.The compact housing is designed to accommodate DIN rail mounting (mounting device available as an accessory).
